Fibercare: To support the expense savings directive, I have notified Fibercare to suspend their services through Quarter 1 2024. We will update you in 2024 when this service may be rescheduled.
OTIS Elevator: For elevator properties,, if you receive an invoice for “Logistics and Fuel fees” please do not pay. These are not allowable charges.
Mill Distributors has agreed to substitute back ordered items with a product of equal or better quality at the same price. The only item currently out of stock is the Plus 15# bath towel - it will be substituted with a 17# item.
Energy Programs: We are constantly looking at energy saving programs through the local utilities, and I may send you a brief survey to determine your eligibility; please complete and send back with copies of a recent utility bill as quickly as possible. Some of the utility companies are offered no-cost items like LED lighting, PTAC replacements, and PTAC cleaning.
Hose bibs: Reminder that if you are in a freeze zone, to turn off and drain your hose bibs.
